At the site of West Palm Beach in Florida began flight tests of high-speed helicopter SB-1 Defiant. Development of rotorcraft engaged specialists of American companies Sikorsky and Boeing.
According to the assurances of aircraft designers, the machine will be able to reach a speed of 460-480 kilometers per hour.
The video lasting about a minute shows a black helicopter that rises into the air for a few meters and slowly moves over the site. Then the car makes a U-turn on the spot, hangs and lands. On the frames you can also see the unusual design of a powerful tail rotor, which is directed back and is located in the center between the two vertical stabilizers.
