A week before the presentation of the iQOO 8 and iQOO 8 Pro smartphones, an insider published detailed characteristics of the devices on the Weibo social network.

So, let’s start with the top model, iQOO 8 Pro. The smartphone will be equipped with a 6.78-inch display Samsung AMOLED E5 with a resolution of 2K, a built-in scanner and a hole for the front camera. The novelty will receive a Snapdragon 888+ processor paired with 12 GB of RAM (+ 4 GB of virtual memory) and 256 GB of RO ands a 4500 mAh battery with support for 120 W wired charging and 50 W wireless charging. As for the main camera, it will be triple in the iQOO 8 Pro with 50 MP sensors (Sony IMX766) + 48 MP (wide-angle) + 16 MP (telephoto). The main sensor will receive support for proprietary stabilization, which debuted in the flagship line of Vivo X50 smartphones in 2020. Also, the device will be equipped with stereo speakers and a linear vibration motor X-axis.

The regular iQOO 8 model, in turn, will feature a flat-screen with FHD + resolution, a reduced battery to 4350 mAh, and a camera with 48 MP sensors (Sony IMX598) + 13 MP (wide-angle) + 13 MP (telephoto). On which chip the smartphone will work – there is no information yet.
