The role of Obi-Wan Kenobi will be played by British actor Ewan McGregor, who played the hero in the Star Wars prequel trilogy: “Star Wars. Episode I: The Phantom Menace” (1999), “Star Wars. Episode II: Attack of the Clones” (2002) and “Star Wars. Episode III: Revenge of the Sith” (2005).

The action of the series will unfold 10 years after the events of the movie “Star Wars. Episode III: Revenge of the Sith.” Canadian actor Hayden Christensen will return to the role of Darth Vader.
