The Taliban controls three entrances to the Kabul airport

The Taliban movement now controls three entrances to the Kabul airport, Tolo News TV channel reports, citing representatives of the movement.

Earlier on Friday, the Taliban said that zones in the military part of the airport had come under their control. Pentagon spokesman John Kirby noted that no part of the airport is under the control of the militants.

“The U.S. military left three entrances and some other airport areas in Kabul, and now the Taliban forces control these places,” the TV channel said on Twitter.
