CNN previously reported that the United States intends to impose sanctions on the Russian president on February 25.

The United States is considering imposing sanctions on Russian President Vladimir Putin. This was stated at a regular briefing on Friday by the Department of State spokesman Net Price.

“All options are being considered,” he replied to a question about the possibility of sanctions against Putin, adding that “everything means everything.”

Earlier, CNN reported that the United States intends to impose sanctions on the Russian president on February 25. The United Kingdom and the European Union have already announced a decision to impose sanctions against Putin because of the special military operation of the Russian Federation in Ukraine.
