According to the representative of the White House, to date, the U.S. military has evacuated more than 3,200 people from Afghanistan, including 1,100 people who were taken out of the country on Tuesday alone.

“Today, the U.S. military evacuated about 1,100 US citizens, holders of permanent residence permits in the U.S. and their families on 13 flights,” the source said, ” Now that we have put (evacuation flights) on stream, we expect this number to increase.”

The source, who spoke to reporters on condition of anonymity, added that the 3,200 people evacuated from the country include, among others, the American personnel and almost 2,000 Afghans who have received immigration visas that give them the right to move to the United States.
