Seven more Russians are included in the sanctions list.

The UK on Thursday expanded the sanctions imposed against the Russian Federation, including seven more Russians in the sanctions list.

As stated in the document published by the British Foreign Ministry, the head of Rosneft Igor Sechin, the head of Gazprom Alexey Miller, the head of VTB Bank Andrey Kostin, the owner of the London Chelsea football club Roman Abramovich, entrepreneur Oleg Deripaska, chairman of the board of directors of Bank Rossiya Dmitry Lebedev and the head of Transneft Nikolay Tokarev fell under the restrictions.

All these persons are prohibited from entering the territory of the United Kingdom, and their assets in the country are subject to freezing.

They are also prohibited from making transactions with British individuals and legal entities.
