The United States has promised a $ 10 million reward for information that could help identify and detect the location of cybercriminals who work on the orders of a foreign government and carry out attacks on key US infrastructure facilities, the State Department said in a statement on the Awards for Justice Program page on Twitter.

“The US State Department’s Rewards for Justice Program offers up to $ 10 million for obtaining information about foreign hackers who commit criminal cyber operations,” the statement said.

CNBC on Tuesday, citing cybersecurity experts, reported that all known sites associated with the hacker group REvil, which is attributed to a large-scale cyber-attack in the United States, are currently unavailable.
