Pentagon spokesman Eric Pehon noted that Warsaw is a reliable ally of Washington about NATO.

WASHINGTON, November 20.The United States continues to consult with NATO allies and assess the need to establish its military base in Poland. This was stated to the TASS correspondent on Tuesday by Pentagon spokesman Eric Pehon in response of a request to confirm the statements of the Polish side that the issue of establishing the base has already been resolved.

“Poland is a reliable NATO ally that serves as a center of attraction for us deterrence efforts in Central Europe. We are consulting with NATO allies on this issue, including Poland, and continue to assess the need and consequences of an additional [military] presence in the country,” Pehon said.
