The United States will evaluate the results of the talks between Joe Biden and Vladimir Putin in Geneva over the next six months or a year, taking into account “Moscow’s behavior,” said US National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan.

“He (US President Joe Biden said specifically that the quality of the pudding is determined by taste, that is, in the next 6-12 months we will see in deeds, and not in words, commitments or sign language, whether we are on the best path in relation to relations between the United States and Russia,” Sullivan said.

According to him, the head of the White House made it clear that “nothing is taken for granted” after the first face-to-face meeting with his Russian counterpart in Switzerland.
