The White House is following the developments in the city of Waukesha (Wisconsin), where several people were killed; about 40 were injured as a result of a car hitting the participants of the Christmas parade. The words of the White House representative are quoted by CNN.

“The White House is closely monitoring the situation in Waukesha, our hearts are with everyone affected by these terrible events,” CNN quoted an unnamed White House official as saying. According to him, the federal authorities “offered the leadership of the state and the city any necessary support.”
