TikTok, a social network known for short, entertaining videos popular with young people, has launched a recruiting platform.

TikTok has launched a recruiting platform. It allows users to respond to job offers with short videos rather than a traditional resume.

The pilot program, dubbed TikTok Resumes, began last Wednesday and is limited to the US labor market and will run until July 31st.

TikTok Resumes is officially open and accepting video resumes. We are proud to be able to partner with some of the most respected and emerging brands in the world. The new way will help the job seeker to demonstrate their experience and skills in a creative and authentic way in their job search.

Nick Tran, Global Head of Network Marketing

Recruiters can post their job offers on a dedicated website, and tick tokers can respond to them by submitting a video and adding the hashtag #TikTokResumes to it.
