The new issue will go on sale in early December.

The American magazine Time placed on the cover of the December issue a photo of Frances Haugen, a former employee of Facebook, who exposed unfair practices against users of the company’s social networks.

On the cover is a close-up photo of Haugen in a white jacket on a light green background. The photo is accompanied by the caption: “The making of the whistleblower: what drove Frances Haugen to sound the alarm about Facebook – and what happens next.”

The issue of the magazine has not yet gone on sale (this will happen in early December), but the publication posted the cover on Twitter. An article about Haugen has already been published on the Time website. In it, the whistleblower talks about her life, work on Facebook, and what prompted her to hand over tens of thousands of pages of internal documents to a journalist of The Wall Street Journal.
