“Mexico is sending a large delegation to talk about the migration crisis on the US-Mexican border. The problem is, they’ve been talking for 25 years. We want action, not talk,” Trump wrote.
According to him, Mexico City “if desired” need only one day to resolve the migration crisis on the border of the two countries. “Otherwise, our companies and jobs will return to the US!”- concluded the President.
On Thursday, Trump announced the introduction of duties of 5% on goods from Mexico in connection with the migration crisis on the border of the two countries. On Friday, he said that such a step would prevent not only illegal migration but also the smuggling of drugs from the Latin American country. Mexican foreign Minister Marcelo Ebrard said in this regard that his country is not responsible “for the flow of migrants from Central America and other countries,” as well as for the growth of drug use in the United States.
