Google has rolled out a new update for the Chrome browser for Android devices.
The application came out with number 89. There are no external changes in the program, but under the hood the developers have done a great job. The manufacturer claims that Chrome 89 has become less “eat up” the device’s memory. Due to this, the application opening speed increased by 8.5% and the page scrolling speed by 28%. Overall, Chrome 89 is 22% faster.
Also, the developers have implemented a new function in the program. Thanks to her, previously launched tabs in the browser are now saved in the light version. The page is as large as a screenshot, but it also has scrolling, zooming, and links.
The Chrome 89 update is already available for download from the Google Play store.
