Seven brands of Russian-made vodka will disappear from store shelves.

The Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control Authority (Virginia ABC) has ordered the Russian-made vodka to be removed from the shelves of wine stores due to the situation around Ukraine.

“Following the call of the Governor [of Glenn State] Youngkin to take decisive action in support of Ukraine, Virginia ABC removes seven brands of Russian-made vodka from store shelves. Brands with a Russian theme, but not manufactured in Russia, such as Stolichnaya and Smirnoff, will not be withdrawn,” the regulator said in a message posted on Twitter.
