DxOMark specialists tested the camera of the flagship smartphone Vivo X70 Pro (gg review). Laboratory staff called the camera the best in the premium segment.
The Vivo X70 Pro has a 50-megapixel main camera based on the Sony IMX766V matrix, complemented by an f / 1.75 lens. It has optical stabilization and support for 4K ULTRA HD video recording. On the back of the smartphone, there is a 12 MP ultra-wide-angle module and a pair of telephoto lenses with 5x and 2x zoom.
The strengths of the smartphone experts of the French laboratory include accurate exposure, a good level of detail in poor light, pleasant color reproduction, wide dynamic range, fast autofocus and high-quality video stabilization.
There are also cons in the Vivo X70 Pro camera. For example, when shooting video in poor lighting conditions, detail drops. Artifacts are observed in the pictures from the ultra-wide camera. In addition, it is worth noting noise, loss of fine details and inaccurate white balance when shooting indoors.
