Although Samsung won’t release new Galaxy Note models this year, updated styluses are on the way. We’ve heard that the company is preparing an electronic pen for the Galaxy Z Fold 3 foldable smartphone, but there will also be an S Pen Pro. Today we will talk about him.

Insiders have revealed some information about the new stylus model. So, it will be larger than the previous model, it will recognize 4096 degrees of pressure and will receive a tip with a thickness of 0.7 mm.

A USB-C port is provided for charging, and using a magnetic mount, the pen can be attached to the device body or a special case. Perhaps most importantly, the stylus will be compatible with the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and won’t damage the coating on its display.

However, it is not yet entirely clear how the Pro version will differ from the usual one, in addition to being compatible with a folding smartphone. Perhaps Samsung will add some more advanced features.

The S Pen Pro is expected to cost around £ 70 in the UK, which is around $ 100. In comparison, the standard S Pen now costs around £ 35, has the same 0.7mm nib and also recognizes 4096 pressure levels.
