Xiaomi, as promised, today showed its new ultra-fast charging technology with a record power rating.

Called HyperCharge, the technology includes 200W wired charging and 120W wireless charging. That is, in total it is 320 W, and not 200 W, as stated in the leaks.

Such a charging is capable of charging a 4000 mAh battery from 0 to 100% in just 8 over the wire and in 15 minutes over the wire. This is a record figure in the market. By the way, Xiaomi conducted tests on a modified version of the Mi 11 Pro flagship.

Unfortunately, when the commercial version of HyperCharge will be released – Xiaomi does not say. Most likely, such charging will appear in smartphones no earlier than 2022.
