Xiaomi has presented a new TV Q1E TV equipped with a QLED panel in Europe. The novelty turned out to be slightly more expensive than the Xiaomi 11T Pro smartphone, which debuted in the Old World the day before.
The TV is equipped with a 55 ”QLED panel with 103% coverage of the NTSC color gamut and 97% coverage of the DCI-P3 gamut. The matrix boasts a contrast ratio of 10,000: 1 and a maximum brightness of 1,000 nits. The resolution is 3840 x 2160 pixels, which corresponds to the 4K UHD format. But the image refresh rate is modest – 60 Hz.
Xiaomi TV Q1E has thin bezels, 15W stereo speakers, Bluetooth 5.0, and Wi-Fi adapters. There is support for Chromecast, Dolby Audio, and DTS-HD. The hardware platform is built around the MediaTek MT9611 mobile processor, which is used in the Xiaomi Mi TV 6 Extreme Edition.
The novelty will go on sale with PatchWall firmware based on the Android TV operating system. The Xiaomi TV Q1E was priced at € 799. Sales will begin on November 21. Note that the TV costs € 50 more than the flagship Xiaomi 11T Pro in the top memory modification.
