Xiaomi will soon release more than a dozen smartphones based on Qualcomm and MediaTek SoCs. Some of the chips have not even been announced yet.
The list was posted on Xiaomiui’s Twitter account. It includes 14 models powered by Snapdragon 898, Snapdragon 778, Snapdragon 870+, Snapdragon 480+ and Dimensity 2000 processors. The Xiaomi 12, Xiaomi 12 Pro and Redmi K50 Pro will be equipped with Qualcomm’s flagship SoC.
The Snapdragon 870+ SoC will be featured in two Redmi K50 series models and one of the Xiaomi 12 modifications. The Snapdragon 778 chip will be used in Xiaomi 12 Lite and Xiaomi 12 Lite Zoom, while the recently announced Snapdragon 480+ SoC will appear in Redmi Note 11 for the Japanese market. One of the global versions of the Redmi Note 11 will be powered by a MediaTek chip, but the name has not been specified.

The flagship processor Dimensity 2000 will be used in the smartphone of the Redmi K50 family. In addition, two more models will be equipped with an unnamed Qualcomm SoC, and one device will receive a MediaTek SoC.
Most of these phones will arrive in 2022. The first on the market should debut the flagship Xiaomi 12. It will compete with the Motorola Edge X for the title of the first smartphone on the Snapdragon 898 processor.
